Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are typically a 7 day, Saturday - Saturday rental property. However, certain times of the year when occupancy is lower, we may be interested in renting with a 4 night minimum, checking in any day of the week. Please feel free to contact us for those inquiries. High Season typically runs from May 15 - September 15, as well as Memorial Day, Fourth Of July, Labor Day, Fall Breaks, Thanksgiving, Christmas Season & New Years.;
