Items You May Need

ITEMS YOU MAY NEED TO BRING AND ITEMS WE PROVIDE 

There is a supply of the following at the house for the enjoyment of our guests: 

• Beach Towels: For use on the dock for swimming. We do have a supply if needed. Bath towels are furnished & are located in each bedroom. Extra towels are located in the linen closets on each floor. 
• Food / Kitchen Items: We provide 3 types of coffee machines. If you plan to use the drip coffee maker there is no need to bring filters. We have plenty on the lower shelf of your pantry for use while you are at the house. We also have plenty of paper plates, silver ware, napkins, etc. Salt & pepper, as well as some spices. 
• Paper Towel & Toilet Paper: We will supply the first few rolls of each. Each bath should have 2-3 rolls of toilet paper under each sink and the paper towel should be located under the kitchen sink. Please bring whatever you feel you’ll need after that. 
• Bath Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in each bathroom, Hand soap at each sink. Blow dryers under each bathroom sink. 
• Beach Towels – We have a limited supply, located in linen closets. 
• Coffee filters, salt/pepper & other various spices, trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom trash cans (located under kitchen sink). 

3 coffee makers (Keurig K-Cup maker, Nespresso Pod Coffee and a Cuisinart Drip Coffeemaker. Filters are supplied for the drip coffeemaker (located on bottom shelf of the guest pantry). Coffee cups are located above the coffee makers. 

Plenty of paper plates, napkins, paper bowls & plastic silverware (also located on bottom shelf of guest panty.  

There are food storage bags, Ziplocs, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. (located in the drawer below the microwave).  

• Laundry detergent, fabric softener & stain remover are included in each laundry room. ·Dishwasher detergent tabs, sponges & dish soap located under the kitchen sink 
• Votive candles and holders for the outdoor tables. Please be sure you blow them out before you leave the house, or go to bed. Also, please put them back when not in use, & before you check out, placemats for dining are located in the far right lower cabinet as you face the lake. 
• Vitamix blender, Cuisinart Crock Pot, Cuisinart small chopper, Hand Blender & Hand mixer are all located in the lower cabinet to the right of the stove.

All serving, eating dishes, bowls, silverware. All cooking utensils, bowls, wine opener, measuring cups and spoons, bakeware, ovenware, etc. 

Plenty of wine glasses, cocktail glasses, along with everyday glassware both in the main kitchen, as well as in the bar cabinets downstairs. 

There is a purified water cooler located off the kitchen in the broom closet with both hot and cold water. 

No need to bring ice. We have a large commercial ice machine located in the utility room, off the downstairs laundry room. 

SUNSET POINTE DOES NOT PROVIDE: 

Food / Kitchen: Besides all of your favorite foods, remember to bring k-cups, Nespresso pods or ground coffee for the drip coffee maker. 

Toilet Paper & Paper Towels: Be sure to bring any extra needed after the first few that we provide. 

Sunscreen / Hats: Remember we ask that you do not sit on any furniture if you have sunscreen on. Also, no sunscreen should be applied in the home. Outside only please. 

Water Toys: Floating chairs, rafts, water skis, wakeboard, kneeboards, etc. for your lake enjoyment. 

• Life Preservers or Ski Vests: For your safety.  

We suggest bringing your own Bluetooth or Wi-Fi enabled speaker for the dock. Our Sonos system is not equipped at the dock, but there is Wi-Fi at the dock. We ask that you DO NOT place music from the upper decks so you can hear it at the dock. It will be too loud and neighbors WILL complain.
